Watch Out For Those Eyes



Too much screen watching are tiring your eyes. Here are our 5 ways to “un-tire” them.

Just take your hands and make a palm cup out of them, keep them gently on your eyes, without putting any pressure. This will definitely lead to some less strain on your eyes. Try it just for 30 seconds and feel the difference.

Watch out for the lights in your living space. They have a major impact on how tired our eyes will feel. Keep your room well lit during the day hours, when you are actively engaged in work and let the light be little dim towards the end of the day, when you are more inclined towards relaxation.

Our screens, be it a tablet, PC or a phone, are one of the major sources that tire our eyes. Do match the brightness of the screens so that Theydon strain your eyes. You try it , and you will feel the difference.

Well the idea of keeping something cooler on the eyes, itself is so relaxing. You can keep a freshly cut cucumber slice that you have kept in a fridge. Make sure its not too cold. Just close your eyes and put it on your eyelids.

Like your body, eve your eyes have muscles. And when you do some exercise with them, they can benefit from it too. Focus on tip of your finger a few inches away, now take it far away and repeat this for few times. It’s that simple.
